Notes

1. Prices incude New Zealand Goods and Serices Tax (GST).
2. Prices are for shoulder spring season. For autumn add 1.5%, for peak season add 10%, or for economy season subtract 10%.
3. *Min = Normal Min number of full fares for cruises (ie on Per Person basis).
4. Children under 13 are half price if accompanied and cared for by an adult.
5. No groceries or meals provided except for Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee on Cruises.
6. Boat is available self skippered via charter Co. only to those who provide satisfactory evidence of appropriate boating, safety, and sailing skills and experience.
7. Boat Hire rate includes LPG but excludes Diesel and excludes Tuition, skipper, chef, and host (these may be added if required). An extra charge of $40 per engine hour is made for all engine hours over 4 per day (ie 2 per engine).
8. When hired without a skipper, a bond of $4,000 is required.
9. Bond is refunded within 20 days less cost of: any damage or loss, fuel used, engine hour charge, special cleaning or unblocking.
10. Normal min hireage at Boat Hire rate, is 4 days in Peak season and 2 days during statutory holiday weekends (whichever is greater).
11. Deposit of one third is required to confirm bookings. The balance is payable before departure.
12. If you cancel, deposit is not refundable although we may, at our absolute discretion, allow you to transfer to another booking with a 5% rebooking surcharge.
13. If we cancel, eg, vessel unavailability or insufficient numbers, then we will refund in full (or provide a 10% cash refund if you transfer the deposit to another booking).
14. Discounts available for special usage. For charity fund-raising, once minimums have been met, we will often donate a sizable portion direct to the charity.
