Panache Cat is a Wright/Lavranos design with customised layout
modifications by Wai Tiara Ltd. Hull manufacture was done in Tauranga then
decks & assembly in Auckland. Mid 2002 she was motored to Picton/Waikawa
for interior fitout followed by mast stepping in Wellington. She was completed
in early in 2003 and then sailed to Auckland and spent time taking passengers
to view the Americas Cup before returning to home base in the Marlborough
Sounds to start cruising.
