A Day Cruise Example

Depart 8:30am from Pier 7E Waikawa Marina (10 minutes from Picton) then experience:

• Famous historic sites: Ships Cove and Captain Cook's monument; Blumine Island which is a site of World War Two gun emplacements.
• Sailing experiences: Learn to sail, or just sit and relax as we sail and cruise through the day.
• Scenic splendour: Experience the beauty of the many inlets, coves and islands of the Marlborough Sounds. Anchor in a secluded bay for lunch
• Wildlife viewing: Gannet colony in East Bay and wildlife of the sounds
• Island visit: Explore the wildlife sanctuary of Motuara Island; the home of robins, saddlebacks, and penguins.  Walk to the top and view Captains Cook's lookout.

Return to port late afternoon after a great day of: fun, discovery, adventure, and luxury sailing.
